Within the past two years my family and I have brought two pups home from this store. Our Beagle Molly came home with us a little over 2 years ago, and on Sunday, we brought home our Husky Charlee. Both times our experience was great, when we came in this time to get our girl Charlee, our experience was absolutely perfect. We were helped out by a lovely fellow named Matt. He knew everything about Charlee, and Charlee loved him. She's a very timid pup so when we first saw her she was skidish, and as soon as Matt walked away she was trying everything to see where he went. He knew absolutely everything about her including her favorite toys and treats. He recommended great teething toys and really knew what she liked. Charlee has been incredibly happy with everything Matt picked out. Great salesman, and he really knows his dogs. Molly and Charlee will definetley be back for a visit in a few months. I highly recommend.

Bought the newest member of the family here and it is very expensive yes..but the puppy is extremely healthy, already microchipped, updated on shots, and absolutely adorable. Staff was very helpful as well.

We were skeptical of buying a puppy from a pet store. But we read the positive reviews for Petland in Robinson Township, so we decided to give them a try. This is a pet haven, where the animals are treated with care and dignity. The animals are not there in a showroom like a car dealership. We made an appointment in advance when we knew the dogs would be available for potential owners to see. From the first second we held our puppy, we could tell these dogs were expertly cared for. We fell in love with our new puppy right away. And we also fell in love with the staff. They were instructive and professional and and friendly and didn’t pressure us at all. You could tell how much they cared for the puppies because they all wanted to say goodbye to our new Boston Terrier when we were leaving with him. We walked out of there with a new member of our family. And we will continue to buy our dog food and dog supplies at Petland.

I came in to browse at the puppies, when Matt came ove and asked if I would like to see one of the puppies; a few hours later he walked me through everything I needed to know and needed to make sure the newest member of the family had a great transition. Very pleased with my experience and can’t wait to introduce him to the rest of the family, might not be able to wait til Hanukah!

Chelsea was a huge help and explained everything the entire time we interacted with her, so much that we took home a new German! She answered all of our questions, was honest with us, she was clear and detailed regarding everything from the dog itself to the food, care and future services we needed for our new dog as well. She was great! Highly recommend

Absolutely loved every minute of my experience at this Petland! Bekah was wonderful to work with. It was my first time looking at puppies, so she answered all of my questions very well (without making me feel like I didn't know enough). After falling in love with one of the puppies, I brought my husband back the next day to see the Shiba Inu. Bekah provided her card, so I made sure to call in ahead of time to see the puppy. I truly didn't think I would be purchasing a puppy that quickly, but Bekah provided all of the information and made the process so easy and fun! I highly recommend Bekah! I also love my new puppy.

We got our sweet frenchie here! Chelsea was a GODSENT!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and ALL the dogs there were so well loved and taken care of!!! So glad we happened to stumble in there looking for a Steelers bandana for our lab!! ❤️❤️
