The general manage Jessica was great, she was very knowledgeable about the animals, supply’s needed and sales process. The questions I had were answered quickly and confidently.

We are from out of town and visited this Petland to do some research on our future pup. We were very impressed! The store was extremely clean - no smell whatsoever. The puppies all looked very healthy and their kennels were extremely clean. The animals see a vet regularly but luckily most puppies don't usually spend more than two weeks in-store before finding their forever home. One of the store associates (ironically named Maltese!) was a wealth of information and was able to answer our many questions. While we aren't yet ready to purchase, we really appreciated Maltese's attention and helpfulness. It is clear the customer service is a priority at this store, on top of the best care for the pups. Additionally, we met the owner (who was there delivering Christmas presents to the employees!) and he was so warm and friendly. I definitely give this location a five star rating.

Great store if you need something right at the moment but they only carry the obvious simple things like a variety of pet food and toys. If you are looking for higher end pet items mainly electronic your best bet would be online
